Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Pandoryx ("the Bot"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must remove the Bot from your server and discontinue use immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Bot, in compliance with Discord's own Terms of Service. Server administrators are responsible for ensuring their members comply with applicable age requirements.

3. Permitted Use

You may use Pandoryx for lawful purposes only. Pandoryx is designed to assist with server moderation, automation, and management. You agree not to use the Bot to:

• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users
• Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Bot's functionality
• Use the Bot to distribute spam, malware, or malicious content
• Circumvent moderation actions taken by server administrators

4. Moderation & Server Responsibility

Pandoryx provides moderation tools including warnings, kicks, bans, timeouts, and logging. Server administrators are solely responsible for how these tools are used within their communities. The Bot's developers are not responsible for moderation decisions made by server staff using Pandoryx.

5. Data

Pandoryx stores server-specific configuration data (such as settings, logs, and moderation records) necessary to provide its features. This data is used solely to operate the Bot and is not sold or shared with third parties. Data may be deleted upon Bot removal from a server.

6. Availability

Pandoryx is provided as-is. We make no guarantees of uptime, availability, or uninterrupted service. The Bot may be taken offline for maintenance, updates, or other reasons at any time without notice.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to Pandoryx for any server or user that violates these Terms of Service, Discord's Terms of Service, or engages in behavior deemed harmful to others.

8. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
